Metal magic stickers, zippers, elastic bands

Hook and loop fasteners (zippers) are connecting devices that use a continuous chain of links to join or separate items. They are now widely used in clothing, bags, tents, etc. 1. Hook and loop zippers are fasteners that use a continuous chain of interlocking elements to join or separate items. They are now widely used in clothing, bags, tents, etc.

 Hook and loop zipper

1. The fastener consists of two strips of metal or plastic teeth that are used to connect the edges of an opening (such as clothing or bag openings). A slider can pull the two rows of teeth into a locked position, closing the opening;

2. Connect them as hanging or placed objects to tighten, stabilize, or guide the chain of objects.

Composition of Hook and Loop Zippers

A zipper consists of chain teeth, a slider, upper and lower stops (front and back stops) or a lock, where the chain teeth are the key part, directly determining the side pulling strength of the zipper. Usually, a zipper has two chain tapes, each hook and loop zipper chain tape has one chain tape, and the two chain tapes are arranged alternately. The slider clamps the chain teeth on both sides, and by sliding the slider, the chain teeth on both sides can be interlocked or detached.

1. Conveyor belt (tape): A tough conveyor belt made of pure cotton yarn, chemical fiber, or a mixture of chemical fibers is used to carry chain teeth and other zipper head parts;

2. (bread): The reinforced part of the edge of the conveyor belt used to carry metal or plastic chain teeth;

3. (rope) Steel bar: Refers to a rope lock formed by multiple strands of fibers in the middle of the steel bar;

4. Chain teeth (scoops): Refers to teeth of metal, plastic, and other materials with a certain shape after processing;

5. Core yarn (fillercord): Made of bundled fiber yarns, used for the rope lock of nylon zipper teeth chain manufacturing;

6. Tooth chain (chain): Refers to continuously arranged teeth; 6. Tooth chain (chain): Refers to continuously arranged teeth;

7. Tooth chain tape (onesidezipperchain): The tooth chain is stable on the conveyor belt, which is called the tooth chain tape;

8. Chain tape (zipperchain): The chain tape is formed by the tooth chain tapes on both sides;

9. Upper stop (topstop): Stabilized on the tooth chain, limiting the slider from sliding out of the tooth chain tape when the tooth chain is fastened;

10. Lower stop (bottomstop): Stabilized on the tooth chain, when the slider is pulled up, the tooth chain is pulled out of the tooth chain tape, so that the tooth chain tapes on both sides cannot be completely separated;

11. Front and back head tapes (Back&forthheadtape): The cloth strips on the zipper head without chain teeth are called head tapes, the upper stop end is the front head tape, and the lower stop end is the back head tape;
